where has the summer gone

i've been thinking. school starts on wednesday, i have to finish my summer work, and drama will start next week... where did the summer go?? it seems that only yesterday i was running out of those halls with my head high and spirits soaring. i was so excited for summer, and now it's all but gone. i kinda feel like i never even left school. i mean i know that i had an incredible summer, but it's gone by so fast that i feel like it's just been a couple days. it's going to be a big adjustment. getting up at 6:30/7 in the morning, upperclassmen status, the mass amounts of homework, and getting back into the drama scene with practices almost everyday...it should be an interesting week. God willing, it'll all go alright.
